STEP 1
Complete the oil sample registration form.
Please use the link below to complete the sample registration process. The video to the right provides step by step instructions for completing the sample registration process. Without this information your sample will not be tested.
STEP 2
Send your sample to the lab.
Package up your sample bottle using the plastic bag and the pre-paid FedEx Envelope. The envelope is already addressed, so you only need to place the sample in the envelope, seal, and ship. The envelope can be dropped off at any FedEx office. The results will be emailed after the sample arrives and has been tested.
